Sylvester Stallone has announced he is putting hundreds of props from his films Rocky and Rambo up for sale.
The actor has gone through his personal collection of movie memorabilia for the auction in October.
Stallone, 69, said he was inspired by a recent sale of John Wayne items and wanted to part with his while he is still alive to see people enjoy them.
The upcoming auction will include items such as Rambo’s knife and Rocky’s boxing gloves.
Stallone plans to donate some auction proceeds to help military service members “to pay back the real people that have supplied the inspiration for the characters I’ve played”.
