The General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Kwabena Agyepong, is to be suspended this week, party sources say.
The Disciplinary Committee of the Party is recommending a 15-month suspension for the embattled scribe.
A National Executive Committee meeting on Thursday will speak to the final details of the recommendation, following which the suspendion will take place, we have learnt.
Also expected to be yanked off his post indefintely is Second National Vice Chairman Sammy Crabbe.
The Thursday meeting is being held ahead of an extraordinary congress on December 19.
