CLOGSAG to hit streets on July 27

The Civil and Local Government Staff Association of Ghana (CLOGSAG) has threatened to embark on a nationwide strike on July 27, 2016.

Attempts by the Association some months ago to demand salary increase did not materialised.

The Association has given government an ultimatum up to July 19, 2016 to respond to interim premium they proposed.

‘Negotiations with government on interim premium have not been conclusive,’ Isaac Bampoe Addo Executive Secretary said in a statement.
