Minister Bibi launches single Dec 25

Afro gospel musician,  Bernard Stephen Adu Poku popularly called Minister Bibi is set to make  this year’s yuletide a memorable one with the launch of his spirit-filled single track titled ‘He Reigns’ on Sunday December 25, 2016 at the ICGC Shiloh Temple in Obuasi.

The Pianist in an interview with Ultimate Fm said, ‘I have always loved to worship God in other languages. Having a Nigerian background has really helped me in appreciating diverse cultures in world especially in Africa.  Hearing “He Reigns” in another language to me was thrilling. The fact that God understands every language can not be over emphasized Early this year, 2016, I was blessed to start this new single (song) with a great friend of mine in Uganda.  JACKIE NAKITENDE is an awesome Christian and an amazing gospel musician based in Uganda. One of the things that struck me about her was how she expressed her Christian faith with boldness when I didn’t even have an idea or clue she was a Gospel musician for weeks.

He expressed hope that God will breathe on the song to bless the world.

He added ‘I believe God has breathed on this song to bless the world.  I have fused in one of the most sung worship choruses in Ghana “WE GIVE GLORY TO THE LORD, HE REIGNS” with my original inspired composition as verses and by God’s grace, Naky helped me in translating in it Luganda, one of the  major languages UGANDA. We just can’t wait to release this song. Its so beautiful especially singing in UGANDA tongue  Naky will tell you that the first time I sang the song back to her she was surprised how I did it. I believe its Christ Jesus AFUGA in LUGANDA means HE REIGNS.  He reigns my Christian brothers and sisters.  He rules in the affairs of men.  I declare as a man graced to minister through songs to you that as you open up your spirit to listen to God in this spirit filled song your life will never remain the same’.

He invited his fans to join him at the launch to celebrate the Christmas together by praising God.
