Heritage Bank, a wholly owned indigenous Ghanaian bank has opened its second branch in the Garden City of Kumasi, Adum.
The bank which commenced it operations early this year’s has branches dotted in the capital city Accra and two ultra modern branches in Kumasi (Suame & Adum).
Addressing a media briefing during the Adum branch unveiling, Deputy Managing Director of Heritage Bank Peter Sanger – Dery, reiterated that the bank places maximum priority on the trust reposed in it by customers and has thus therefore established robust systems and processes to ensure that customers investment is secured.
He said the philosophy of the bank is hinged on best practices in corporate and responsible banking operations, adding that banking is built on trust and this is one hallmarks of Heritage Bank.
Mr Sangber- Dery also took the opportunity to reassure customers in Adum to troop to Heritage Bank and experience a world of possibilities.
General Manager, Retail Banking, Mark Acheampong, took the opportunity to update the gathering of the banks superior and dynamic suite of business, lifestyle and digital banking products customised to meet the requirements of various customers.
He reiterated the banks commitment to bringing the benefits of banking to unserved and underserved segments of customers in the country through innovation, customization and digitization.
Mr. Acheampong stated that six more branches are expected to be opened before the end of 2017.
