We are prepared to subject ourselves to lawful scrutiny – Abu Jinapor

One of the deputy chief of staff accused of being ‘corrupt fool’ Abu Jinapor has expressed his readiness to subject himself to any lawful scrutiny.

Controversial musician Kwame A Plus accused the two deputy chiefs of staff Asenso Boakye and Abu Jinapor of engaging in shady deals at the Flagstaff House.

According to him, he and his colleague are squeaky clean in the allegations levelled against them.

“We are prepared to subject ourselves to any lawful scrutiny anywhere in the world because…we are very mindful of where we are. I can say without equivocation that both Mr. Asenso Boakye and myself are squeaky clean in this matter,” he told Accra-based Joy FM.

The Police Criminal Investigation Department (CID) exonerated the two chiefs of staff after the musician was invited to provide evidence to back his claims.

In a latest turn of events, the report by the police seems to be ‘fake’ per a telephone conversation between A Plus and the Deputy Director General of the CID, ACP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah.

But ACP Maame Tiwaa has described the audio as ‘doctored’ aimed at achieving malicious intent.
